Sometimes SharePoint does not add SafeControl definitions to the web.config files. You may want to redeploy the wsp package (uninstall/install) to fix this.

Or alternatively just add them manually to the web.config file of your web application (usually C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80\web.config)

Just before the closing </SafeControls> tag add these two lines:

      <SafeControl Assembly="RENIT.WebParts.TagsCloud3D, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=21300490293eabd6" Namespace="RENIT.WebParts.TagsCloud3D.Controls" TypeName="*" Safe="True" SafeAgainstScript="False" />
      <SafeControl Assembly="RENIT.WebParts.TagsCloud3D, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=21300490293eabd6" Namespace="RENIT.WebParts.TagsCloud3D" TypeName="*" Safe="True" SafeAgainstScript="False" />
